Tip-ups were constant. Fished the channel and sandbar. Keeper perch were caught shallower. Pickeral were caught at all depths. Most were on the bigger size

Date: January 8th, 2011 Time: 7am – 10am Weather Conditions: Cloudy, windy, cold (20’s) Ice thickness: 12” Water Body: Moore Dam Water Clarity: clear Water Temp: Bottom Structure: muddy Target Species: Perch Methods used: Jigging Effective Methods: slow rise/fall, constant twitch Lures / Bait used: hali’s, bibbits, spikes Effective Lures / Baits: all Effective Colors: Green, red, white Effective Speed: slow Effective Depth: 20-35” Species Caught: _________Perch__________ Qty:____25___ Sizes:_____9-13”_______ Notes / Pictures: Good bite from start to finish. Was throwing back 9”ers once the bigger perch were biting. Coyotes hung out on the ice for about 2 hours.

Lots of run and drops. 12 were released for another day. Bite ended abruptly!

Rainbow jigging raps were the real ticket for the bigger perch. Deadsticked with spikes was magic. Coyotes were out again!
