My name is jason and I am from westminster, VT. I fish mostly ct.river setbacks around southern VT. I used to fish for mostly pike but realy enjoy jiggin up those jumbo perch. This looks like a good forum. Like being in the company of the Vermonstahs!

Hi im Dewayne i live in Hinsdale nh But mostly fish in vermont i fish the retreat medows and the hinsdale setbacks I love to fish for big pike and bass . but my #1 goal this year is to get my first walleye .My #1 hobbie is ice fishing #2 is basketball i was born in brooklyn ny. a city kid from ny that love ice fishing been doin it for 10 straight years and lovein it every year i get along wit alot of people mainly ice fishing guys cause thay love the sport as much as i do glad to been on ya site and love in the post i will be on it everyday wit post and pic of my daily catch and strike out LOl.Thanks for have me on the vtsportsman Team  |

Currently live in Sharon. Avid deer/turkey hunter ,Open water diehard trout fisherman. Started ice fishing seriously last year and the thought of a 20 lb pike is what's driving me lately. Pass the time between flags jiggin for what ever will bite that taste good!

I'm Doug from Stafford, Virginia. I typed out the state in full so you would not think I didn't know the abbreviation for Vermont. I live just south of Washington, DC, run a 2007 Triton TR196 200 Optimax. I primarily fish the Potomac River and Lake Anna for lmb and stripers. I make a trip to Shoreham, VT each year, normally in Later Feb to ice fish for a week. I have also towed up and fished Lake Bomoseen and Lake St. Catherine. Plan on towing up this summer to fish Champlain on soft water. Largest fish 13 lb lake trout out of Lake Ontario, largest lmb 25-1/2" out of Lake Toho, FL.

I'm originally from Turners Falls, MA so it's almost like coming home and I fish with a couple of my cousins who come up from there. A friend has a house on the lake right below Lapham Bay and above Fivemile Point where we stay and step out from. We've fished hard water from Stony Point up to Button Bay, I really enjoy it. Be there 22-29 Feb this year. Might try linking up with Fish Hounds for a trip/training session this time up, depends on what kind of interest I get from the other guys. James is the one that told me to get on this forum when I talked to him today.

Elmer Ross i love to fish pan fish,but big yellow perch are my favorite crappies are second and gills are 3rd.I live in western N.Y and fish the western finger lakes.And i love to fish Vermont,i have met alot of awesome people in Vermont.I love to take my daughter to fish with fishhounds guide service every year,what a blast we have.And fishing the VT sportsmans hardwater tournaments that they have. ;D
