David ,Cabot Love big bluegills and searching for the state record sunfish. I do,however, practice catch and release-any panfish over 13 inches goes back into the water.

Due to the sensitive matter of my mission(state records) I am not allowed to divulge my current location. However I have been sighted along the C.R.,L.Champ,Lake Morey,Lake Fairlee,Lake Carmi,Joe's pond,Marshfield Res. and other locations where the promise of statewide recognition appears promising. The images of big fish lost at the hole drive me to continue my quest for the biggest panfish in the lake. I will get them no matter how cold I get and how much sleep I lose.---besides ice fishing is the most fun you can have sitting on a bucket with your back to the wind,no bugs and very few whitecaps.

Tyler from South Burlington. Probably going to UVM next year. I like trolling for trout, salmon and eyes. Casting for bass and pike or pretty much anything else, jigging 'eyes and perch. I want to get into more stream fishing and fly-fishing this year, especially for trout. As far as icefishing goes I love nailing perch on an old-school handline and I love fishing with tip-ups now. I was introduced to tip-ups last year and I'm now addicted, I want to get better at using them and also learn to jig for more gamefish.
