crappie filet's raped in maple flavored bacon- season filet's with your favorite seasonings - roll filet's up in a ball- rap bacon around ball and hold together with toothpick- salt=pepper to taste- pre-heat oven on broil- cook about 6 to 8 minutes, bacon will get crispy remove try turn over repeat-enjoy. i like to dip mine in Vermont maple syrup
Not good that I've got to wait until next Tuesday before I can get out on the ice to try it.
