I would like to say I don't think I have met such Nice People in a Customer Service Department Ever . 1st I called the beginning of the year with some Screw Problems on my Nanook , They asked which ones they sent me a PDF File on the Shanty then they wrote back We will send you a Whole replacement set asked my address and Next thing I knew they sent me a Tracking # Not a Cent did I pay they sent me even the Pole replacement plastic Pieces , This time on the Scout TC Kayla Broke the Know for the seat to lock in , Told them what Part same thing Just amazing people , They are great and would I buy another absoultely , I will have another Single by the end of the week , Thank you very much for Standing behind your product its so Nice . Thanks Again
