So official practice for the first Hardwater Tournament has begun..GAME ON! LOL! OH man remember the last tournament of the season last year well deja vue..the wind was blowing so hard today that I ALMOST had a repeat of that tournament ..thanks to Scott I have some new ice creepers that Ricky got me at FISH 307 at least I didn't blow completely away..maybe it was the extra weight of my catch that helped to hold the tent in place..lots of BLUES & SUNNIES (gills & seeds) and a BIG BULLHEAD (bopow?) ..I will only say this my 3 biggest sunnies had my weight beat from last year..as I said guys GAME ON! lol Ok and Ricky didn't do to bad either..sadly I will tell you neither of us caught any Crappie..wind report for tomorrow is not good so think I will stay home and bake some cookies!

ps ..have a pic but can't seem to get it to download..Internet explorer warning keeps coming up..when I worked thru allowing it distorted pic in my file ..had to reload ..any words of advice here would be appreciated..

yeah was brutal out there today..but catching a bunch of these made it worth it!!!

Yes it was brutal , my son and I fished from 1039ish till about 2 and it was all we wanted . Freakin cold wind!Fish were fairly cooperative though, got several seeds 9.5-10 inches. No crappies.
