did really well yesterday, threw a white maribou and a blue and white tube to cover. Ended up with my limit but I had to work for it. If anybody goes down you really need to get there at day light. I would post pics but I haven't figured out how to do that from my phone.

Seriously, not using any electronics, just fishing visable structure, nothing special, up should come try it sometime, doing the same thing I do on the ice for the most part, vertical jigging.

There we go,now that's more like the reply I thought I'd see!! Not that smart a$$ one from before. I would like to give it a try. I saw some 13 foot telescoping rods at Walmart that I'd like to use but I feel like they are more for spring fishing, just a long rid with some line and a bobber...no reel. Don't be mad I quoted this answer either ;D |

Have you seen the rods I'm talking about? I just think it would be a cool way to fish,poking around in weed pockets or brush, fishing southern style. Prob not good at all for jigging but good for dropping live bait under a bobber.
Fished outer Malletts Bay tonight, 3 pike...blah
