* LOCATIONS...NORTHERN NEW YORK AND VERMONT.
* HAZARD TYPES...MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW.
* ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 10 INCHES OF SNOW POSSIBLE.
* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL DEVELOP LATE THURSDAY NIGHT AND BECOME
MODERATE TO HEAVY DURING THE DAY ON FRIDAY.
* IMPACTS...TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL DETERIORATE ON FRIDAY WITH
GUSTY NORTH WINDS FRIDAY AFTERNOON REDUCING VISIBILITIES AND
