Does having snow on the ice like we do now slow the bluegill bite? the snow cover does not directly slow the bite, but it does limit the light the weeds are able to receive. in return the weeds start to die and the fish move and find fresher vegitation

This was the gig on sat at the tourney and I had that hunch the night before, however so did everyone else. The bite was happening in 9-13 fow of water where the weeds were greener, listen to fishound, he's a smart cookie.
