Crappies....got 13 nice fish last tuesday then wednesday in the snow picked up 3 during the brief morning bite. I just wanna be out of work and fish.

Both fished pretty quick under a glo-bob

Bobby... had a good day at the ditch up in swanton then had to come back to work when it got cold. What is this thing you call 'The Ditch in Swanton' , Missisquoi River or Black Creek ? Was thinking of trying the edge of the swamp at the top of Maquams , seems like it should be good spawning territory for panfish. gofish |

Ok, know where that is. I thought those signs planted in the Creek banned you from the North side of the culvert, though I've never gotten close enough to read one.
I might just try that swamp on Maquams, it's the south end of Charcoal Creek.

I fished it today and every ones getting HOG perch and big
crappies it will be very good there this weekend.I saw 4
perch that were 14 to 15 inches and over 1.5lbs.The crappies were 11 to 14 inches long.

Vic Arttardo (Writer from crappie world magazine) is coming up tommorow and doing a two day trip for an article. So friday I'll be free for the morning and mid day run, Then I got to get prepared for Elmer, Eva, Doc and Ej for this weekend...
