Here is a listing of Muzzleloaders that have been tested and proven to work well with Blackhorn 209:
Savage 10ML-II T/C Encore T/C Omega .50 T/C Triumph .50 AND Bone Collector Traditions Pursuit II XLT ANY Knight Extreme action NOT using the FPJ-Domed breechplug
Other muzzleloaders that will function 100% with Blackhorn 209: CVA Acura CVA Wolf Knight Wolverine 209 NEF Huntsman/Sidekick with the Hubbard's 209 Breech Plug Remington Genesis
As more are tested and proven I will add them to the list.
Some additional info: Contrary to popular belief there is a rust problem using Blackhorn. Not with the powder itself but with the residue it creates. The powder will not absorb moisture but the residue after firing it will. So people clean your gun as you would with any other powder or it may rust!
You must use a hot primer with BH209. Muzzleloader primers will not fire it effectively. Use CCI 209M or Fed 209A for best results.
You must keep your breechplug clean or carbon will build up and you will have hangfires or no ignition at all. Keep your flame channel clear using a proper size drill bit turned by hand. Do not use an electric drill!!!
Do not use water to clean your gun, use Hoppe's #9 or another good gun solvent and clean as you would your centerfire rifles.
Maximum safe charge is 120gr by volume. That is equal to 3-50gr Pyrodex pellets. Please do not exceed to be safe for you and those close by.
I will update this post as I obtain more info.

The one thing I don't like about using solvent to clean my muzzleloader is the barrel is much like a cast iron Fry pan it gets seasoned thats why you gently wash your pan so you don't take the seasoning out now if I clean my gun with solvent I remove the seasoning therefor it will not shoot as well. I know you all think I'm nuts but this is true.
