Found some crappie in the back of the freezer from last Feb. Cooked it but and cracked a Molson to go with it. Sorry, no pics, it disappeared before i could find the camera. Hurry up ice, I think that was the last of my fish .

dip in beaten egg, then coat with Italian bread Crumbs. The Italian bread crumbs have a combination of herbs in them that works well for fried pannies.

Sounds pretty good. I like to make fish tacos and frying is the way to go for me. When I am trying to not bulk up for winter I coat them in oil and then put salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder on them. Baked for 10-12, it doesn't get much better!
