so yesterday out fishing in the bay a couple hollers to me a person is in trouble. This person was wearing a pfd but it was old and did not seem sufficient. Her dingy had broke loose from the sailboat on mooring, she jumped in after it never put her ladder down. She then tried to climb into the dingy and swamped it. The part i do not understand is why she was so worried about the dingy get to dry ground never mind the dingy, in the end we put both on dry ground but she was one tired lady.
