I've heard of slabs from there. I fished there a few times this winter and took notice of a guy w a tacoma who was parked there every time I was...talked to him when we both got off the ice and he said he caught a few this year. Guess they are random catches while perch fishing but I like to say I targeted them and got lucky!  |

the ice should hold up with the cold weather, as long as people stop trying to get on with their wheelers!
