Going to carmi for some perch and eater walleye. Gotta stock the freezer up for summer fish frys! Like to hit Dillenbeck or Carry Sunday if anybody wants to meet up.

Im going to give Morey a try on sunday now that Im back from Mardi Gras. Any one is more than welcome to join me, Ill have plenty of stories from down south to tell as well.

I will have my gf with me and another guy. We are setting up a large 6x6x12 frabil if the weather gets nasty...come on in! We are starting out deep then moving around til we find em,hopefully! |

I'm fishing sunday if there is good ice im going for northerns and crappies in highgate springs If there is bad ice in highgate im going to try dillionback bay!!!

Well How did we all do  I did not get out Saturday or Sunday , How did everyone else do any Ice Conditions slop update ? |

Morey was pretty good one sat, no slop on the ice at all, just white ice, got a few perch and some gills and sunnies, hope you had a good time scott, and make sure you tell jamie that the perch technique works!

Had a really good time at Carmi Saturday. We didn't get buckets but we had a blast pulling slab perch up from 25 feet. I was more excited for Kristen to ice some pounders +
Sunday I was moving slow, fished a local pond for a few hours in the afternoon. Got some perch and a few gills,no crapps and a whole bunch of big shiners.
I stepped in an old hole from a week and a half ago...its been a good season. Hope to get a few more wkends in!

Well How did we all do I did not get out Saturday or Sunday , How did everyone else do any Ice Conditions slop update ?  Probably my last fish of the season, caught about 40 perch on Sunday at Carmi. Don't figure the ice will be any good this coming weekend ...but I may be persuaded to go anyway. A final batch of bluegill would be fun. gofish |

the ice on the main lake is fine DB CB pealots they all have plenty of ice
