I tried sending a PM to Scott Blair , rejected... tried 'Scott Blair' ..rejected again , tried "Scott Blair" ...rejected again . So , what's the trick, I can see Scott Blair posting messages but I can't send a PM . Eventually, I sent to Admin and that seemed to work.
