That there is a pike with its head up its ass...what you are seeing is its brain trying to escape its asshole but it just aint smart enough... could be why it fell for your jig too ;D |

It is lymphosarcoma. About 12-15% of the northern pike get this disease in Lake Champlain. It is passed from fish to fish by contact. Not all of the fish that get the disease die from it.
